Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your email address and password. 58com strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify 58com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 58com accepts no liability for losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
58com may at any time request KYC documentation to verify a User's identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. All KYC documentation is processed in accordance with 58com's Privacy Policy.

The minimum deposit on 58com is PKR 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. 58com reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable advance notice.

Users are strictly prohibited from depositing funds using payment accounts that do not belong to them. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or business accounts — may be reversed without prior notice and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 58com is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Transactions that raise AML concerns may be reported to relevant authorities and associated Account balances may be frozen pending investigation.
Users may withdraw funds from their 58com Account Balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to KYC completion prior to processing.

58com applies a payment method consistency policy: withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists as part of our fraud prevention and AML compliance framework.
Funds held in a User's Bonus Balance are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must be converted to real balance through completion of the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal may be requested.
58com does not levy fees on any withdrawal transaction. Any charges applied by the receiving financial institution are the sole responsibility of the User and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount by the relevant institution, not by 58com.
58com offers various bonus and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, which are made available at the time the promotion is offered.
All bonus credits awarded by 58com are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. 58com reserves the right to modify wagering requirements with reasonable notice.
The use of strategies designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming risk, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional mechanics — constitutes bonus abuse. 58com reserves the right to void bonuses, recover bonus-derived winnings, and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus credits that are not used within the promotional period specified at the time of award will expire and be removed from the User's Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All Wagers placed on the 58com Platform are subject to the following general rules and to any specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market category.
A Wager is valid and binding only when it has been confirmed and recorded by 58com's systems. Users should retain confirmation records of all Wagers. 58com's transaction records shall be the authoritative reference in any dispute regarding Wager placement or outcome.
In the event of manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or software malfunctions — 58com reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Users. "Manifest error" is defined as an error that would be obviously apparent to a reasonable person. 58com shall not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on a manifest error prior to its correction.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting 58com Support. Upon Account closure at the User's request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be withdrawn to the User's registered payment method within 7 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 58com, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under 58com's gaming license. The decision of the dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
58com's transaction logs, server records, and game history constitute the authoritative record of all User activity on the Platform. These records shall be provided to the User on reasonable written request and shall be the primary evidence in any formal dispute process. 58com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor amendments that do not materially affect User rights may be implemented without notification.
Continued use of the 58com Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a User does not agree to amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction under which 58com holds its international gaming license.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts or dispute resolution bodies of the governing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms, subject always to the User's rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in their country of residence.
